Reception Team
Our Reception staff is the first point of contact and a very important team of our practice. They all are fully trained and are involved with lot of day to day tasks, i.e. meeting and greeting patients on the telephone and at the desk, deal with any hospital query, prescription query, test results query, registration tasks and other relevant administrative tasks, which needs full attention. The team is willing to help you and answer any the queries that you may have and will always be treating you with the dignity and respect.

Practice Manager – Krishna Patel (F)
Practice Manager is responsible for the overall smooth running of the practice. The responsibilities of the practice manager mainly focus on the business side of the practice such as managing the reception and admin staff, organising appointment system, human resources, systems, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment, IT, handling complaints, plan and manage changes, health and safety and many more day to day tasks.
